7-Days Return / Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day no questions asked return policy, which means you have 7 days to request a return after you receive the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

After accepting your return, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment and we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Sorry we do not accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.

Damage And Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Refund

We will let you know when your return has been received and inspected and if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and mail your refund.
